Delivery and Returns

We strive to offer the lowest shipping rates while still maintaining a fast and reliable service. Read below for more information on our shipping.

We ship mainly through USPS (United States Postal Service)) and UPS.

Once we get the purchase notification our automated system initiates the ship order and the product is grabbed by our staff and shipped ASAP.  If an order is placed after 3:45pm it will have to wait until the next day to be shipped out due to no more pick-ups although generally all order ship the same day.

Shipping times are standard for UPS-USPS and depend on the location and size of the order.

The cut off time for orders to be shipped same day is 2pm EST. The shipping price is $3.99

U.S. Orders

We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US Territories. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses. The carrier we use to ship your order will depend on the speed you choose at checkout as well as your shipping destination. Orders with overnight shipping will generally leave our warehouse the same day if your order is placed before 3:00 PM EST.


You can request the cancellation of your order by contacting us through the available methods (email, contact form). We will make every possible effort to carry out your cancellation request, but if your order is already being processed or has been sent it won’t be possible to cancel it anymore.

Although we make every possible effort to carry out your cancellation request, we cannot guarantee that it will be processed on time, so we appreciate your understanding if it is not possible to cancel.

If cancellation is not possible, please refuse the delivery of the order. The refund will be made when the return of your order is completed, without any extra cost for you.

We do not process returns at our location given the issues we face with the FDA.  In most cases, customers are returning opened containers which of course cannot be re used and even sealed containers present a problem given we are not sure how the customers stored the product while it was in their possession.  In either case we cannot return any product back to inventory for resale or redistribution.
