Can human happiness be measured?

Polling giant Gallup announced that they will soon perform a daily nationwide poll measuring the “Well-Being Index” of the people that will last for 25 years. “[It] will be the Dow Jones of health, giving us a daily measure of people’s well-being at the close of every day.” Gallup chairman Jim Clifton said.

For 25 years? Uh, depressing…
